I recently had the honor of photographing my first cousin once removed. She was supposedly a “sleeper” but was wide awake the entire time I was photographing her. I was so hesitant to wake Maliea when she was a brand new baby that the only pics I have of her were taken while she was swaddled sleeping soundly in her cradle. And then she finally fell asleep! All the other images with her eyes closed she is either blinking or on the verge of sleep but roused shortly after. What a beauty.

    Lucky you!!! A newborn…she’s so beautiful! I love the first & forth shots the best. She’s totally enjoying her time in front of the camera!! Thanks for sharing these sweet moments.
