Hi there! My name is Kristianne Koch Riddle. I am a photographer based in San Clemente, CA and this is my photo blog. I have been passionate about photography for over 20 years. I am also passionate about surfing, sailing and yoga but haven't been able to do as much of those things as I like since having my 2 beautiful kids. I don't like crowds or trendy things. My blog is where I share my thoughts and a selection of favorite photographs I have made: portrait sessions, my family adventures, personal studies and fine art images part of a series. I am so glad you stopped by for a visit. As a vocational photographer, I bring to you, my clients, a fine art photographer's eye and a commercial photographer's preparation and technical skills. I love to spend time with families creating memorable, artistic, storytelling images of their time together. It’s been 18 years since I have taken a course in photography for anything-lighting, technique, workflow. There is something amazing about a lavishly decorated and well lit tree that makes the house smell like you are in the woods. Merrik helped put ornaments on today and ended up loving them all in the same place. I helped out at Merrik’s school two days this week and was reminded how much I love the way the kids learn there.
