merrik and maliea-one year
Here are Merrik and Maliea at one. See they look different! The only reason Maliea
is nude is because I never got around to doing her “babyparts” photo shoot at
5 months old so I am killing two birds with one stone here. I am so bummed I
don’t have pics of those gorgeous plump thighs and butt. She is still yummy but
starting to thin out already from all the walking she is doing!

maliea’s almost one!
Happy Birthday baby girl. I can’t believe you’re going to be one year old this week. Where did the time go? It seems like I was just holding my tiny bundle wrapped in a blanket only weeks ago. It has been a fun and busy year and we are all so happy you are a part of our joyful family. Merrik is the best big brother a girl will ever know and we are the luckiest parents to have you as our beautiful daughter. I can’t wait to share all the things I know and love with you but please don’t hurry and grow up!

fun with zoe
We finally made it to Zoe’s house for a visit. It’s only been months since we’ve both had time to get together for a playdate. Zoe now has a new puppy named Coco. I pointed out to Merrik that Zoe is dressing herself (note shoes on wrong feet and pants on backward) so he decided he would start doing that too. He put his pants back on (backward of course) after using the toilet. Cracks me up.
